Week 29

This seems to be becoming the excuse post! Two weeks ago I went on a conference and ended up getting sick while I was away and then last week while I was still getting over my cold I was entertaining an in-law that came to stay. So I was really looking forward to this week - a week of holidays and a week of no excuses exercise!

Should I keep sharing my photos? It kind of puts me out there.

What's Encouraging Me This Week? 
My husband telling me that I have more muscle than him.

What's the Plan?
Trying a variety of 10 minute workouts.
